Refund policy

Because our products are digital and are made available for download or access after purchase, all sales are final once payment has been processed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or charge reversals for digital products after a transaction has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.
  • No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Digital access may be provided immediately or shortly after payment is completed.
  • Once the transaction has been processed, the purchase is considered final.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing.
  • Failure to download, open, use, or complete a digital product does not create a right to a refund.
  • Changes in your personal circumstances, financial circumstances, device compatibility, carrier, service provider, or personal preferences do not create a right to a refund.
  • Results are not guaranteed.

DUPLICATE OR TECHNICAL TRANSACTIONS

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or if a technical error occurred during checkout, please contact us so that we can review the transaction.

Technical problems with accessing a purchased file do not automatically qualify for a refund. When appropriate, we may resend a download link or provide reasonable assistance accessing the purchased product.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Digital products are licensed to the original purchaser for personal use only unless a different license is specifically stated.

Purchasers may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, share, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit any purchased digital product.

CHARGEBACKS

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage customers to contact us regarding any legitimate transaction or access issue.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and may be disputed through the applicable payment processor.
